Allen's dottyback

Allen's dottyback (Manonichthys alleni) is a small fish known for its distinctive vibrant blue body with a yellow tail. Originating from the western Pacific Ocean, notably around the Philippines and Indonesia, it grows to about 7 centimeters in length. Visually, it features a slender body typical of the dottyback family. While it possesses a striking appearance, this species is not as well known or widespread in the aquarium hobby compared to other dottybacks or marine ornamentals, partly due to its specific habitat preferences and care requirements.
