Garibaldi damsel

The Garibaldi damsel (Hypsypops rubicunda) is a bright orange marine fish native to the eastern Pacific Ocean, specifically from Monterey Bay in California to Baja California in Mexico. Recognizable by its vivid coloration and blue spots on the juveniles, this species grows to about 30 cm in length. While its striking appearance makes it noticeable, it is not commonly found in the aquarium trade, primarily due to its large size and territorial nature.
