Halfmoon trigger

The Halfmoon triggerfish (Sufflamen chrysopterum) is primarily dark in color with a distinctive yellow-orange tail, featuring a half-moon shape that gives the fish its name. Originating from the Indo-Pacific region, it has a robust body, and its look is accentuated by a narrow, white band behind the eyes. Known for its unique appearance, the Halfmoon triggerfish is not one of the most common species in the aquarium hobby, partly because of its size and potential for aggression, making it more of a choice for experienced aquarists with larger tanks.
