Indian black trigger

The Indian black triggerfish (Melichthys indicus) is primarily black in color, sometimes with blue or white accents around its fins and mouth. This species is native to the Indian Ocean. It features the distinctive body shape common to triggerfish, with a strong, oval body and a prominent dorsal fin. Despite its striking appearance, it is not among the most popular or well-known species in the aquarium hobby, partially due to its potential size and aggressive behavior which can pose challenges in home aquariums.
