Lopezi tang

The Lopezi tang (Naso lopezi) is a marine fish distinguished by its grey to brownish body color, often with a lighter underside. It features a distinctive horn-like protrusion on its forehead, which is more pronounced in males, and orange spots on its caudal fin. Originating from the Western Central Pacific, specifically around the Philippines and Indonesia, this species is relatively rare in the aquarium hobby. Its unique appearance, including a streamlined body and elongated nasal protrusions, makes it an uncommon sight in home aquariums, attributed partly to its rarity and collection difficulties.
