Pearlscale angelfish Profile

The Pearlscale angelfish (Centropyge vroliki), also known as the Half Black Angelfish, features a distinctive color scheme with its front half being a pearly white and its rear half a dark shade, often black. Originating from the Western Pacific Ocean, this small angelfish species is recognized by its compact, laterally compressed body and a rounded preopercle spine typical of the Centropyge genus. Within the aquarium hobby, it is fairly popular due to its striking appearance and relatively small size, making it a suitable candidate for moderately sized marine aquariums.
