Star puffer

The Star puffer (Arothron stellatus) is a marine fish distinguished by its unique star-shaped white spots on a dark background, ranging from gray to black. This species is native to the Indo-Pacific region, inhabiting reefs and lagoons. It features a bulky, rounded body typical of pufferfish and can inflate itself when threatened. Although captivating due to its appearance, the Star puffer is not commonly found in the aquarium trade, partly due to its size and specific care requirements.
