Zebra shark

The Zebra shark (Stegostoma fasciatum) is distinguished by its unique pattern; juveniles have black and white stripes, resembling a zebra, while adults develop a spotted pattern over a tan body. Originating from the tropical Indo-Pacific region, this species features a long, slender body with pronounced ridges and a tail almost as long as the rest of its body. It is not commonly known in the aquarium hobby, primarily due to its size and habitat requirements, making it less practical for typical home aquariums.
