The ideal tank for a Cerith Snail should maintain a stable environment with a temperature range between 72°C to 29°C. The pH level should be kept between 7.6 and 8.4, which closely mimics their natural habitat. Ensure that the tank has ample live rock and sandy substrates to provide hiding spots and foraging areas, which are essential for the snail's well-being. Avoid sudden changes in water conditions as stability is key to maintaining their health.

Feeding

Cerith Snails are scavengers and primarily feed on algae, detritus, and uneaten food particles. Hence, they are largely considered low maintenance when it comes to feeding. However, if the tank lacks sufficient natural food, you can supplement their diet with algae wafers or blanched vegetables like spinach and lettuce.
