Care Process

Marbled Headstanders are resilient fish but require a moderate level of care. They thrive best in slightly acidic to neutral waters with a pH range from 6 to 8. Tank Setup

These fish can grow to a size of 6 to 10 cm and need a spacious tank. A minimum of 50 liters per fish is recommended. Marbled Headstanders are social creatures and do well in groups, with a minimum school size of six. They exhibit varied tank habitats, occupying the surface, middle, and bottom layers of the aquarium, emphasizing the need for a well-structured environment.

They can display a highly territorial behavior, so it is beneficial to include ample hiding spots and visual barriers within the tank. Aquascaping with plants, rocks, and driftwood can provide the necessary environment for these fish to feel secure.

Feeding
